So I got my first Bankruptcy Notice.... I was surprised out of my wit as I always took good care of my credit and to my knowledge never owe anyone anything [other than my car payments which I am paying without delay].
While reading the notice it was apprant that it was not me going bankrupt but some company "Millennium Protection Group" and I some how did some business with them. Did some research and found out that this was same company whom i bought the Tire insurance from. Ralph Schomp, The BMW dealer in littleton sold me this insurance. Sure enough I called Ralph and they did let me know that they will honor the insurance even when the providing company is gone bankrupt. A mighty relief. Thank you Ralph for honoring the contract. I needed to change my windshield which comes under the warranty. Thanks again...
If you have bought same tire insurance from Ralph Schomp, Please call them @ 303-730-1300.
You dont have to call or do anything about the notice for bankruptcy if you have bought this via Ralph schomp.
If you deal with Millennium some other way following is the information you will require.
